Examples of these things are:
Eat preferably three meals and two snack every day. At first portioning your food and fighting the frustration of hunger may be difficult, but eventually you will no longer feel hunger, fatigue or frustration. And the best part, you'll never have to count calories again. And all of this will reduce the advancement of silent inflammation.
Now, because of the reduced need for carbohydrates, you will have to eat less of those types that are very dense, like bread and rice and cereal, and replace them with high fiber fruits and vegetables.
